Qualifications:
- Candidates must have 4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in materials and/or receiving is a plus to have a good understanding of material process flow.
- Individual should be able to manage small to medium sized projects and have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in mathematical calculation is a requirement.
- Proficiency in Oracle and CMMS is a plus.
- Knowledge, aptitude and recognition of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components will be needed to be successful in this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Maintenance Parts/Tools Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Parts/Tools Coordinator at our Troy, Ohio, manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for solving issues with maintenance spare parts.
- Works closely with Plant Purchasing, Receiving, and Help Desk to resolve inventory transaction variances.
- Able to work within a CMMS and Oracle.
- In conjunction with Corporate A/P, Plant Purchasing, Receiving, and Suppliers, works to resolve receiving vs. A/P-PO matching variances.
- Assists with physical inventories.
- Completes monthly account reconciliations.
- Coordinate and investigate all cycle counts.
- Investigate and correct negative transfers.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to rebuild small hand tools.
- Recommends solutions to improve inventory accuracy with findings from investigations. Participates and/or leads projects related to these solutions.
- Facilitate receiving parts and inspecting to original order to ensure correct.
- Restocks consumables, critical spare parts, and parts inventory
- Provides PO delivery status updates for outstanding orders from respective vendors
- Corrects and manages AP MRO Outstanding Issues
- Receives all UPS/FedEx/Etc. deliveries
- Manages inter-organizational shipping and receiving
