We have an excellent opportunity for a Fleet Payroll Administrator at our Troy, Ohio manufacturing location.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

•  Responsible to process corporate fleet payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

•  Responsible for administering the safety and compliance programs, policies and procedures to insure compliance with the D.O.T., which includes drug and alcohol testing.

•  Be actively involved with the local, state, and national transportation organizations.

•  Manage the log compliance program.

•  Approve expense reports for drivers.

•  Support in recruiting and screening new drivers.

•  Support in background checks and qualifying new drivers.

•  Approve fuel invoices, equipment bill backs, repairs and other related equipment expenses.

•  Be well versed in all aspects of the D.O.T. rules and regulations concerning driver's hours of service and other record keeping requirements.

•  Act as back up and support for Traffic Assistant as needed.

•  Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


•  A high school degree is required, Associates degree preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.    
•  Microsoft Office experience.  
•  Oracle experience preferred.  
•  Internal candidates must have been in their current position for a minimum of 18 months or seek supervisor approval prior to applying.
