We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Training Specialist in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

•  Contribute to the Company mission of being the industry leader in customer experience through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork.

•  Present learning material to Customer Experience Center representatives ranging from New Hire to Supervisory level.

•  Create learning materials and activities based on the needs of the Customer Experience Center representatives and other targeted groups.

•  Consult with internal customers to identify learning gaps and implement solutions.

•  Continuously review and revise existing course material and other supporting documentation.  Track learning activity and compile metrics.  Manage small and medium size projects.  Track and report on project milestones.

•  Fill-in as required for other Customer Experience Learning team members as requested.

Job Requirements

•  A Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree plus three years of related experience in a business/manufacturing setting, or equivalent experience plus education is required.
•  A minimum of two years of experience developing and delivering learning material.
•  Demononstrable experience in the delivery of learning, especially instructor-led.
•  Ability to plan, use and implement a wide variety of learning methods and technology, to support online and instructor-led training.
•  Knowledge of evaluation methods to measure performance. LMS experience a plus.
•  Internal applicants must have been in their current position for a minimum of 18 months or seek prior approval from their supervisor.
