Job Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator:
The successful candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:
- High School degree required, college degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience of Human Resources experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Must possess strong communication interpersonal, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent computer skills, including all Windows applications.

Human Resources Coordinator

Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator at our Mason, Ohio headquarters location.
In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Data entry and system maintenance duties and responsibilities as directed for various HRIS systems.
- Provides administrative support to the Corporate Benefits group.
- Provides general administrative support such as electronic filing, preparing correspondence, forms, and reports.
- Prepares new hire documentation and ensures completion.
- Participates in various HR functions including hiring and interview events, associate events and Learning and Talent Development initiatives.
- Establishes, maintains, and controls personnel, employee, and recruitment records.
- Provide recruiting support for various positions.
- Enter changes into the HRIS system.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify reporting, and maintains compliance.
- Process verifications of employment and support orders.
- This is a 5- day a week in-office position.
