Regional Sales Coordinator

Our employees are the cornerstone of our success and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Coordinator in our Russia, Ohio manufacturing facility.
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
• Act as the primary inside sales and customer service point of contact for a select group of dealers.
• Receive, analyze, interpret, and service customer's inquiries, correspondence, and telephone calls varying broadly in nature and scope.
• Delegate order entry issues to assigned Order Entry Support Representative.
• Ensure that our dealers get order acknowledgements, advisement of order changes, shipping and delivery dates, price changes, terms of sale or other conditions in accordance with policies or other changes.
• Attract, establish, and land residential and commercial dealer business volume in assigned territories.
• Implement proactive sales, marketing and service programs with the intent of soliciting additional sales and to build business relationships.
• Work closely with field sales personnel and DC Managers in order to maximize overall growth of the territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
