Commerical Information Assistance Sales Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Information Assistance Sales Coordinator l in our Troy, Ohio, manufacturing facility.
In this position, the successful candidate will have the following job responsibilities:
- Provide superior support to customers, competitive estimates, substitution requests, submittal information, and special design assistance.
- Utilize Oracle, iStore, CDQ, WebGen, and other applications to create estimates and submittal documents.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority requests.
- Daily work with master building application, architect design intent, code compliance, market pricing, margin guidelines, and technical requirements that can vary broadly in nature.
- Will use competitive pricing information to prepare quotations. Utilize approved quoting tools and resources to maintain approved guidelines. Provide pricing guidance within the team as a senior associate.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with commercial sectional customers, contractors, and architects by providing recommended products for applications, technical expertise, and clearance requirements to ensure a trouble-free product installation.
- Process requests for quotes and estimates; generate quotes/estimates using company sales strategies; remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with all product lines. Meet and exceed group sales targets.
- Expedite priority requests in a quick, efficient fashion. Providing the best solution for the customer, while ensuring the most cost-effective solution for the business.
- Provide accurate, clear, and concise written and verbal communication to all customers.
- Interpret and analyze engineering and technical documents for commercial projects.
- Ability to interpret and read project blueprints, drawings, door schedules, elevations, and complex specifications.
- Assist in new customer training; foster mutually beneficial relationships with existing distributors and new accounts. Promote and teach company sales strategies at every opportunity.
- Assist all departments in efficient communication with internal and external customers; maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships.
- Use Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Freshworks CRM to communicate and relay messages and information.
- Other duties as assigned.
