Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma
Must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.
Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings

Production Operators & Assemblers (Minimal Weld Experience)-June 2025
CornellCookson a division of Clopay Corporation is a leading door and grille manufacturer located in Mountain Top, PA where we manufacture a complete line of overhead door and closure products, designed for commercial industrial, institutional and retail use.
We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Shift.
We are looking to fill positions in :
- Shaft Assembly (Fabricator) - 1st Shift
- Mig Welding / Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Operate Drill Press / Weld Gear ends and fasten
- 1024 Fabricator (Fabricator) - 1st Shift
- Weld and assemble mfg. parts / Operate Drill Press / welding & grinding of metal / Identify part required for 1024 box fabrication and assembly
- Receiver (Material Handler ) - 1st Shift
- Loading and unloading different transport items, recording inventory statuses and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
- Hood Supports (Fabricator) - 1st Shift
- Mig Welding / Tapping holes for Bolt-On supports / Forming of Pole Hooks
- Flex Drill Operator (Machine Operator) - 1st Shift
- Set-up and operate Flex CNC vertical machining center according to specifications and set-up instructions, applying knowledge of machining methods
- Guide Prep (Fabricator) 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates / Grind down welds to a smooth and durable finish / Form bell mouths, weld on wind locks, drill tube holes as required.
- Guide Assembly (Assembly) - 3rd Shift
- Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed / Ensure any brush-weather strip is supplied as required / ensure angles are proper material and/or color
- C20 Curtain Assembly (Assembly) - 4M Shift
- Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures, selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets.
- Therm Curtain Assembly (Assembly) - 4F Shift
- Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures/selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets / Use of Chop saw to cut down slats
Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift
1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
