Job Requirements of Human Resources Generalist:
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis in benefits administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS systems.
- Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
- Must have thorough knowledge of employment laws.

Human Resources Generalist

Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist at our Troy, OH location.
This is a third shift position. The hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits and policies.
- Responsible for administration of the Short-Term Disability and FMLA process.
- Answers general employee questions and concerns.
- Maintain positive employee relations. This includes being on the production floor with the employees.
- Partners with the Human Resources Manager to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Participates in the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Will assist with projects for the HR department.
- Support leadership with any HR questions or concerns.
- Participates in all other cross-functional areas of HR
- Assist with company-wide events through out the year.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
