Materials Administrator- 2nd shift
Clopay Building Products is North America's largest residential garage door manufacturer. Our employees are the cornerstone of our success and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Materials Administrator in our Troy, Ohio facility. This position is on second shift. The hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This position reports to the receiving department. The receiving office is located on the manufacturing floor.
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
• Enters inventory & receipts into system and maintains accurate records. This requires large amounts of scanning and filing.
• Works with Accounts Payable to resolve issues of invoices on hold due to receipt issues.
• Assists Inventory Control Manager in maintaining inventories of raw material according to company and customer standards. Able to perform cycle counts, transfers and set-up trailer locators.
• Compares audit information with inventory computer system and adjusts variances as required.
• Schedules incoming freight.
• Maintains all computerized reports.
• Follows all company established safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
