Our employees are the cornerstone of our success and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a National Accounts Project Coordinator in our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

•  Account Management:  set up new accounts, submit credit applications, fill out pricing approvals, process quotes, schedule orders, communicate order status, and establish operating manuals per project.

•  Project Management:  direct bid quoting to general contractors and end users, request competitive labor quote from CBPC dealers, review value add engineering and specification options with architect firms, general contractors and end users.

•  Review insurance and contractor license requirements for CBPC and the installing dealer, and how it relates to the contractor and sub contractor duties.

•  Discuss job site requirements:  unloading, handling, storing and required date of completion.

•  Contract administration:  submit and communicate appropriate documents to legal, correspond with contractors and manage signed contracts.

•  Utilize Dodge to review drawings and specifications, process direct bids upon pricing approval from National Accounts Sales Manager, and research new accounts for national accounts team.

•  Quarterly audit with key accounts regarding CBPC delivery, quality, service, and overall performance of installing dealers (on-time, quality, overall workmanship).

•  Research national account targets to identify account applications and sales opportunities for commercial and residential business.

•  Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

•  A high school degree is required, college degree preferred, along with a minimum of one year related experience and/or training. 

•  Customer service experience, basic computer skills required.
